Our team has managed over $500 million in CX operations and spent decades inside large enterprise software companies.
We've been woken up by overnight escalations. Defended CSAT scores we didn't believe in. Watched good agents burn out on conversations that AI should have handled.
We've also spent years on the vendor side, where deployments stretched longer than anyone planned, contracts grew more complex than they needed to be, and post-sale support rarely matched the promise of the pitch. We know what slow innovation costs. We know what opacity does to trust.
We built adaptive to fix the problems we lived with for years. From the floor, not the lab.
