- Scale single-tenant infrastructure across customer deployments
- Ship with agentic tools (Claude Code, Cursor) as your primary development workflow
- Built and scaled real-time systems handling thousands of concurrent sessions
- Designed infrastructure for multi-tenant or single-tenant SaaS platforms
- Shipped production code with agentic development tools — not as experiments, as your workflow
- Managed deployment pipelines for systems where downtime means missed customer conversations

- Written copy that converted, not copy that won awards
- Understood contact center or CX operations well enough to speak the language
